At Magnolia Pearl, we want you to cherish each uniquely crafted piece; however, if your selection doesn't resonate with your spirit, we accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, artisanal condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your Magnolia Pearl garments and place them in their original packaging, ensuring the inclusion of the packing slip for identification.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
